I haven't done a read video blog in a while and this seemed like a good time to do it. No fancy editing, just me.
So lovely to hear you talking. It has been way too long. Sorry to hear about the ongoing neck problem. Hopefully spring, when it arrives, may help. I am with you on the need to lose weight! I keep promising myself but then something else crops up and I don't get started.
